Kanen Maclellan, is Manager, Research & Consultancy with Rock Advisors. Kanen joined Rock Advisors in April 2021, following his post-secondary studies at the University of Guelph where he obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree and majored in Real Estate and Housing. Kanen has over 4 years of commercial real estate experience ranging from commercial mortgage underwriting, property management, financial modeling, feasibility report writing, and property tax assessments and evaluations.
