The Client Experience Specialist is the “tip of the arrow” for nurturing and developing our clients, who often span generations, while working with our team of apartment development professionals. THE OPPORTUNITY: Join the Authorities in Canadian Apartment Intelligence
Rock Advisors is not just another real estate firm. We are the definitive experts in the Canadian private apartment development space, providing proprietary consulting for the developers who have built 90% of the country’s apartment housing.
We are launching a major expansion of our Sales Team. This is a Client Experience Specialist position—focused on high-level consulting and intelligence products. In an era of economic fluctuation, the apartment sector remains the most robust asset class in Canada. We provide the leadership and research that drives it and we need up to five new staff to help with our expanded offerings to our client base.
PHASE 1: THE SALES ACCLIMATION (0-90 days)
We believe in setting our team up for long-term success. Your career begins with a 3-month immersive training and apprenticeship designed to build real capability, not just theory.
- Learn and apply our Discovery Call framework in live conversations
- Shadow senior team members and begin running your own calls
- Develop a working knowledge of the Canadian apartment development landscape
- Receive daily coaching and real-time feedback on performance
During this period, you will be fully paid to master our systems and the nuances of the Canadian development landscape. Upon successful completion of these first 90 days, you will receive your first scheduled pay increase!
PHASE 2: CLIENT ADVISOR DEVELOPMENT (90+ DAYS)
This is where your career accelerates.
- Own your pipeline and manage relationships with active developer clients
- Transition from “information gatherer” to trusted advisor
- Deepen your market expertise and begin influencing client decisions
- Contribute to revenue growth through strategic conversations
Milestone: You are no longer just booking and qualifying—you are guiding conversations that shape real estate decisions.

- Expand Markets: Act as a brand ambassador for our Intelligence services in untapped areas.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in daily training to stay at the forefront of the marketplace.
